Large and huge rooms with delightful views of the bay. Excellent perfect location, happy to call a cab which made getting around easy. Also - next to all Puerto Vallarta and the Cruise Ships.

Absolutely great and friendly hotel with BEST staff with the service from all the staff members. The location was stunning, close to the beach and street market by where the Cruise Ships come in and Malacon. I appreciated the Mexican cuisine served in the à la carte restaurant.

Staff was amazing, always helpful and kind. The mixture of kids, teens, and adults created a fun and inclusive atmosphere. The food was good, especially at Azul and Frieda. Service was excellent, with plenty of beach chairs available. The location was beautiful, with easy access to the beach.
The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful, losing important paperwork and failing to return passport photocopies. The food was average, apart from a delicious beach BBQ.

Particularly good and beautiful location as only 5 minutes to La Isla Shopping Village. Found in the beach area close enough to shopping centre as well as activities and Double Double on drinks.

The rooms were huge and reasonably large, were equipped with a balcony, the air conditioner on because of the smokers on other floors, a coffee maker or something. The staff was very attentive and extremely friendly.
